| We can't believe today was our last day of camp. The summer flew by so fast that it feels like just yesterday we gathered for the first day of camp. Our T'filot this morning were the best of the summer! Our session of dancing and singing after T'filot was the most energetic of the summer and we are so grateful that Dr. Held joined us for this experience and even danced with us too! After we caught our breath from this excitement, everyone got to share their favorite memory of camp in a fun activity that left everyone with a friendship bracelet to remember all the amazing friendships formed and molded during the summer. After lunch we gathered together for our closing program which included Yasher Koach awards, an amazing slide show (which everyone got a copy to take home to watch during the year) and a picture frame with each camper and their counselor(s). We want to give a huge todah rabah to Meira (Held) Feinman who produced the greatest slide show our camp has ever seen! We want to thank her for all her hard work throughout the summer which helped make our camp experience so meaningful. We ended the summer as we began, by singing our camp song "Rosa Rosa" and by NOT saying goodbye... instead we said L'hitraot (see you soon) because we can't wait to see you back here at Camp Avraham Moshe next summer! Thank you for such an amazing summer :)

| Israeli Day got off to an amazing start as we learned Israeli dancing with Tova and Nechama after extremely spirited T'filot. Our morning consisted of making hummus from scratch and learning about different Israeli food in the process. Of course we enjoyed eating the hummus, as well as felafel, pita, Israeli salad and much more! A huge todah rabah to Leah Schachter and the CITS (Malkie, Daniella, Sarah, and Hasya) for making this such an amazingly tasty and fun event! We also learned a new Israeli game in sports with Nechama and made our very own replica Kotel where we could put personal prayers inside just like the Kotel in Jerusalem. We had swimming for the last day this summer and of course made the most of it! |

| Our talent show was even better than American Idol and America's Got Talent! We had five professional judges in Ruthie Bloch, Avi Heyman, Natan Naboudi, Elianna Mellon and Yehuda Rosen, and they gave rave reviews of the amazing talent exhibited by our campers and staff. We had incredible solos galore, an original Peter Pan production, creative dances, and one camper even sang a song in Russian! It was one of the greatest shows of all time and we want thank everyone who participated in making it such a magical event! Our campers cherished one of their last days in the pool and closing circle was even more special than usual. We can't wait for Israeli Day tomorrow. |

| Our last Monday of camp got off to an amazing start as we welcomed a new camper to our Camp Avraham Moshe family. We are so happy to have Benjamin (Benni) Sperber with us here at camp and his presence made T'filot that much more meaningful. After spirited dancing, we enjoyed a scrumptious snack and then decorated Birkat Habayit (Blessing for the Home) door hangings. We also prepared for our annual talent show which we cannot wait a moment more for! After lunch we enjoyed swimming and doing water aerobics. We can't wait for the talent show tomorrow and can't believe there are only three days left of camp. |

| We arrived to camp a little tired from our previous day at Knott's Berry Farm, but as the morning went on the incredible Camp Avraham Moshe energy filled the air. We made cinnamon-sugar challah that smelled *amazing* and decorated place mats for kids at Childrens Hospital, as part of our V'ahavta L'reyacha Kamocha theme. Josh told his "Its Not My Problem" story which was extremely interactive and reinforced how important it is for us to help those who are need. We of course had our famous pizza lunch and then welcomed world-renowned musician Peter Himmelman for an unbelievable closing Shabbos Party. Peter captured the hearts of each and every camper with his music and we hope he will come back next year and for years to come! It was truly an amazing week and we cannot wait to begin our last week of camp on Monday. Thank you for a fantastic week at Camp Avraham Moshe!

| Our final trip day was met with so much anticipation as we boarded the bus earlier than usual to make sure we were on time for... Knott's Berry Farm! We applied sunscreen galore and drank more water than the fishes in the deep blue sea and ran around Knott's searching for the ride or attraction that would bring us the most thrills! Some of our campers enjoyed the roller coasters such as Ghost Rider, Boomerang and Pony Express while others loved the amazing shows including the one with the Peanuts crew from Snoopy! Most of us took shelter from the heat of the day on the water ride where getting soaked was extremely refreshing. Having line passes for all the rides allowed us to have the full Knott's Berry Farm experience! Knott's Berry Farm is always one of the most entertaining days of the summer and this was true once again today! We can't believe this was our final trip day of the summer but thanks to our staff and campers we made it one we will never forget!

| Today was one of the most unique in the history of Camp Avraham Moshe. We were lucky to have Hatzolah EMT services come and tell us all about the volunteer work they do, in which they save lives each and every day. Our campers got to explore their ambulance and even were able to activate the sirens. We were also so blessed to have firefighters from station #43 in Los Angeles who demonstrated "A Day in the Life of a Firefighter" (without having to put out a fire of course!). Our campers got to try on the firefighters' uniforms and and were even able to explore the ins and outs of their fire truck! We are so grateful to LA Fire Department for volunteering their precious time as well as Scott and Nachman from Hatzolah EMT Services. In the afternoon we went swimming at Vista and our girls went to the Mellon's pool. We are so grateful to the Mellon family who so graciously allow us to use their pool each summer. We are so excited about our final field trip to Knott's Berry Farm tomorrow and cannot believe how fast the summer has gone by. We are making the most of every moment!

| Hippie Day was a bed of roses as our campers and counselors came dressed with their hair down to their knees and peace signs filled the air! A huge thank you to Joan Baez, I mean Diana Warshawsky, who led us in 60s songs and stories and impressed us with 5 different tunes to Hinei MaTov U'ma Naim, "Oh how good it is for brothers and sisters to sit together in harmony." We also tie dyed white t-shirts in honor of the day and had wacky sports with Nechama. We concluded with a refreshing swim in the pool and we cannot wait to enjoy community helpers day tomorrow! :)

| Animal Day got off to an amazing start as so many counselors and campers came dressed up as their favorite animal. We had Mickey and Minnie Mouse, a cow, and more. Even Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh made an appearance in camp! We also gave a warm welcome to Danny Wolf and his aide Meir Landau who are incredible additions to the Camp Avraham Moshe family. For the first time in our history we had our very own Petting Zoo come to camp. The zoo included Tziona the sheep, Clarence the donkey, Rebecca the goat, Shlomie the tortoise, an albino pigeon and a duck named Cracker. These animals brought so much joy to our lives as we were able to pet and feed them which made everyone very happy! We were also blessed to have Animal Groovy Music with Rachel which was enjoyed by all, and animal crackers for our snack. We swam like dolphins in the afternoon and each camper left with a toy octopus to help us all remember Animal Day with fondness. Thanks for another amazing day :)
